Responsibilities: Opportunity Management:
Quote Follow Up, Contract Coordination
Price Quoting/Escalation, Forecasting
Business Tracking
Opportunity Tracking Samples
Global Account Coordination
Backlog Management:
Program management (CFAP/VMI), CPPC Coordination,
Order Processing, Export Compliance
Post Sales Functions :
Credit Issues, RMA/PCN/PIA Management,
Score Card Analysis, Contract Compliance
Key Requirements:• Intimate understanding of the Semiconductor industry and markets required
• Solid understanding of business processes and process flows
• Fast-learning attitude to get up to speed with the company’s procedures / systems / policies
• Strong analytical skills to prepare business analyses to support decision making processes
• Efficient, structured, responsible and independent work style - able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing); strong proven negotiation and influencing skills; team player
• Willingness to occasional travel / customer visits
Qualifications:• 4 or more years relevant work experience with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration
• Fluency in English, German as well as a Nordic or Southern European language will be required
• Proficient systems knowledge (Microsoft office: good level of Excel is a must)
