Not only is the new puffy white stadium to be seen when exiting the new U-Bahn station at Fröttmaning, but wait until the U-Bahn drives away and cast a glance at the 250-m-long work of art on the station wall—the work of renowned Austrian artist Peter Kogler. The piece is Kogler’s second in Munich and follows projects in Austria, France and Germany. Some 66,000 fans are expected to pass the mesmerizing computer-generated wall configuration on game days alone. <<<
