MUNICH FOUND in cooperation with TKSSnap! and tr@nsnet internet services offers an innovative complete telecommunication package which provides you with:

English-speaking hotline and technicians to help you on the phone or if necessary on your premises and easy to read English bills for any combination of the following services:

   Standard phone connection (T-Net)
   Digital phone lines (T-ISDN)
   Highspeed internet access(transADSL)
   Full internet services incl. worldwide dialup access with local fees
   Convenient webmailer

If you already have a telephone service provided by Deutsche Telekom, your number will remain the same when you change to us. You will not be without phone service during the change-over, because your present phone line will not be disconnected. We arrange the change for you.

Broadband access is based on the T-DSL technique of Deutsche Telekom, but your ISP and partner for Internet support is solely tr@nsnet and its English speaking staff. If you use transADSL, you still have 2 (with ISDN) or 1(with T-net) free telephone lines. We can also setup vocie over IP for you.

tr@nsnet provides you with a modem and an installation CD or preconfigures your DSL router, so that you do not have to fight with the manuals. All necessary equipment can also be purchased in our MUNICHFOUND shop.

On demand tr@nsnet will supply you with a fixed-IP number. You may need this for your company firewall or for building up a VPN.
