Munich is bursting with festivals, street parties and events this summer, especially during July. On July 17, for example, the Staatstheater is auctioning off old costumes at Gärtnerplatz from midday onwards and on the same day the Altschwabinger Wirtefest (literally “festival of the landlords”), will be held on Occamstr. and neighboring streets.
