Coming Round the Mountain

The sporting goods store Sport Scheck doesn’t just sell all the equipment necessary for a skiing trip and the latest in ski fashion, but if you’re looking for a lift up to the slopes this year they can also drive you to a weekly-rotating ski resort. Running between January and April, departure time from the Donnersbergerbrücke is either 6:00 or 6:30 am and prices range from € 39 to € 50 per person, per day, depending on the destination. The price covers a round-trip bus fare, a one-day ski pass and a large service package, including everything from fresh coffee and pastries in the morning, to beer and prosecco afterwards and lip balm and snacks on the slopes. There is also a night-skiing trip to Oberaudorf/Hocheck planned on February 6 departing from Munich at 5 pm for only € 24. It is recommended to reserve tickets in advance because seats are limited.
