Exhibition by five Ohio artists
During three weeks in March, the Rathausgalerie will feature five artists from Cincinnati, Ohio, in “workingspace.” Keith Benjamin (sculptor), Mark Fox (multimedia and objects) and painters Stewart Goldman, Paige Williams and Kim Krause will not present finished works, but, instead, ask visitors to join in the process of creating artwork from start to finish. The project “workingspace” is more an open workshop than an exhibition — a concept that aims at an intensive intercommunication between the artist and the beholder of the work of art. This unusual interactive happening can be visited daily 12:00 -19:00, from March 11 to 31. In addition, there will be an Afterwork Party on March 15 at 19:00. The public is invited to view works and discuss the latest trends in modern art into the wee hours.
