SZ Open Air
While the many halls of the Residence frequently host miscellaneous concerts, the Brunnenhof is only enlivened by music during the warm months of the year. To give music fans an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful courtyard as much as possible, the
Süddeutsche Zeitung has organized a summer festival featuring concerts of classical music and jazz. The festival will start on June 23 with the program “Arena di Verona,” presenting arias from operas by Puccini, Verdi and Donizetti. Further highlights will include a jazz concert by the virtuoso vocal quartet The New York Voices on July 16. For a detailed program of the SZ Open Air series, visit
